My name is Cale Pritchett! I am a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach at Unwind Wellness in Ankeny. I graduated in 2024 from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. I pursued a sales job straight out of college only to find out it was not for me. I have been working out and training for about a decade, so I decided “Why not turn one of my passions into my career?”
I fell in love with helping other people reach their goals. It feels rewarding to share my knowlege and expertise with my clients. Along with personal training, I am in my third year as an assistant high school girls wrestling coach at Ames High. In my spare time, I love working out, being with friends and family, and doing anything active!
