We recommend 2-3 times a week to get the full benefits of LED Light Therapy. Acute injuries often resolve in 2-4 treatments. Long-term and chronic conditions may need up to 10 sessions to show significant benefits. Once your goals are met, we recommend coming in 1-2 times a week for maintenance.
