    Settle into a quiet, calming space where you control the heat, chromotherapy lighting, and atmosphere for a fully personalized session.

2. Sink into the heat

As infrared wavelengths absorb into your skin, they penetrate deep into muscle and tissue—raising your core temperature, increasing blood flow, stimulating cellular repair, and activating your body’s natural detox processes.

3. Healing Continues

Even after you step out, your elevated circulation, reduced inflammation, and ongoing detox response keep working. Your elevated heart rate can lead to continued calorie burning. Members often report improved sleep after a sauna session due to relaxation and reduced stress levels.

Chromotherapy

In your private session, you’ll also experience Chromotherapy (color therapy) to gently influence your mood and emotional balance. When paired with deep infrared heat, these soft hues help you calm your mind and step out feeling more refreshed, grounded, and aligned.

 FAQs

  • Infrared saunas do not heat the air around you like a traditional sauna. The infrared panels warm your body directly and penetrate more deeply.

  • Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session. The more water that is in your body, the more productive your session will be. We also recommend a light meal before your session

  • Based on the individual health and wellness goals, we recommend starting:

    20 - 30 minute sessions/ 2-3 times per week

    Once tolerance is built:

    20-30 minutes 4-5 times a week.

    *If healthy enough, you may use it daily

    For help with weight loss:

    The best results come immediately after a workout.

  • Participants must be at least 14 years of age. If under 18, Parent/guardian must sign waiver prior to their Infrared Sauna session.
