  • Based on the individual health and wellness goals, we recommend starting:

    20 - 30 minute sessions/ 2-3 times per week

    Once tolerance is built:

    20-30 minutes 4-5 times a week.

    The best results come immediately after a workout.

  • We provide a private room for all of our services, so the room is all yours for the duration of the session. Rule of thumb: Less is more (even nothing at all if you please!). Typically, a bathing suit or underwear is ideal for use in our infrared sauna (Just be sure it’s free of plastic or metal fasteners or eyelets). Whatever makes you feel comfortable!

    Bring 2 towels with you for your session. You’ll need a towel to sit on and a smaller towel to wipe down with once you start sweating. Remember, your body will be sending out toxins, including heavy metals, with your sweat. When you wipe away the toxin-filled sweat, the toxins don’t sit in contact with your skin and possibly be reabsorbed.

  • Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session. You’re going to sweat A LOT, so staying hydrated is crucial. The more water that is in your body, the more productive your session will be. We also recommend a light meal before your session (but nothing heavy or directly before your session).

    Please come to each session well-hydrated, not hungover, or after drinking alcohol.

  • Infrared Sauna use is not recommended for people who are pregnant, children under 12, those who cannot handle temperature extremes, those with hemophilia, fever, or insensitivity to heat, and those under the influence of alcohol or who abuse alcohol.

  • Within 30 minutes, you’ll experience a boost in energy and mood resulting in a productive afternoon and restful night’s sleep.

  • A traditional sauna heats the air whereas an infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you. We provide a safe sweat session that will leave you rejuvenated and feeling amazing!

  • The answer to this question is fairly straightforward – Yes and No. Eventually, your phone will overheat if it stays in the sauna with you for too long, heed the warning and save the lifespan of your phone by keeping it outside the sauna. This same rule applies to all other electronic devices such as laptops and ipads.

    Ideally, you will treat yourself to small portions of time unplugged from the world while you sauna, knowing that you can reach for your phone if needed. It is not uncommon for people to use their time simply sitting in peace without any distractions!

  • Infrared saunas do not heat the air around you like a traditional sauna. The infrared panels warm your body directly and penetrate more deeply.
