Pressure on. Tension Off.

how it works

1. Choose your target area

Get comfortable in a recliner and hook up the Normatec compression attachments for your legs, hips, or arms.

2. Feel the Squeeze & Release

For 30 minutes, Normatec uses rhythmic air compression to gently squeeze and release different areas of your body. The pressure moves through the targeted muscles, creating a massage-like sensation while you sit back and relax.

3. Feel refreshed & Ready to go

Once your session is complete, you may notice your muscles feeling less tense and your body more relaxed. Whether you're heading home or getting back to your day, you'll have given your muscles some well-deserved recovery time.
