Whether you need a Cryotherapy session after a tough workout or a relaxing Infrared Sauna session, we've got you covered.

*FAQ: Can I bring my child with me while I work out?

Unfortunately, no. For the safety of all guests and in accordance with our insurance policies, CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14 are not allowed in the gym. We do not provide childcare services at this time.
