*Members must be at least 14 years of age. If under 18, parents/guardian must sign waivers prior to their workout session. This applies to both day pass and purchasing memberships. For more information on how to sign up your child via our app “UnwindIowa” give us a call!
*FAQ: Can I bring my child with me while I work out?
Unfortunately, no. For the safety of all guests and in accordance with our insurance policies, CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14 are not allowed in the gym. We do not provide childcare services at this time.
